If you change your mind, you should return the original, unused, sealed product within 14 days.

Please ensure the Returned Goods are returned in a properly sealed parcel and that you have completed the details in the Return Form.

We will provide a refund, replacement or item exchange. We will endeavour for this to occur within 10 business days.

Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping. You will receive a confirmation email notification once your replacement or exchanged item has been posted.

Refunds (excluding the initial delivery charge) will be made against the original payment method used.
